YES such Trusts are subject to tax every 10 years, however as assets within the Trusts are under your NRB allowance they are taxed at 0% (no tax bill)

YES timing is extremely important.

We recommend an FPT is set up when you are in good health to avoid all deprivation rules.

There is a cost to put in place our FPT, but it’s less than funeral plans for a couple or a single month’s care costs. Ask about our FPT package.
